Introducing Monika Schildknecht

Monika joined C-Green in 2022 as Head of Sales, later served as COO, and has been CEO since April 2025. She brings over 20 years of experience in sales, business development, and leadership across the energy, building technology, and digitalization sectors. Monika spent more than 16 years at Schneider Electric in various senior roles, including Vice President of Strategy & Innovation. She has also worked as a consultant at Tyréns, focusing on digital transformation and smart infrastructure solutions. Monika holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Stockholm.
